PJ Shortt founded AR Pools and Outdoor Living, Inc. in 2012, bringing a unique combination of military discipline and a customer satisfaction mindset to the outdoor living industry. With keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, PJ has built a company focused on delivering superior products at fair prices, paired with outstanding communication and service. A strategic thinker, PJ closely studies market trends, develops comprehensive business plans, and implements them in ways that make sense for both clients and employees. He leads with a philosophy of Leadership through Servitude, believing that supporting employees with the right tools and guidance is key to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Outside of running AR Pools, PJ cherishes time with his family above all. His favorite activities include motocross racing, mountain biking, and exploring the outdoors.
